Lindsay completed her nursing degree at University of Michigan in 2013 and started her nursing career working at University of Michigan Hospital on transplant and surgical units. After seeing complications of chronic conditions and the impact they had on daily life, she became interested in helping people better manage their health through education and prevention.
Upon relocating to Seattle, she shifted her focus to primary care and case management, where she first learned about and began pursuing foot care as a nursing specialty. She is a board certified gerontological nurse and holds a master’s degree in nursing leadership from Gonzaga University.
Becoming a certified foot care specialist and starting Amity Foot Care Nursing has been a rewarding way to bring her professional experiences and knowledge together to serve the West Seattle community.
